Veterans Leadership Program
The vision of Veterans Leadership Program is that every Veteran of the United States Military reach their fullest potential as citizens of the Nation that they have so proudly served. We are proud to serve all who served, regardless of VA eligibility, discharge status or length of service. We have successfully made an impact on over 8,000 Veterans annually in 30 counties across Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio.
Veterans Leadership Program is proud to have an outstanding group of community leaders serving on our Board of Directors. Each of our board members, many of whom are Veterans, are committed and dedicated to VLP’s staff and Veterans. Through a variety of committees, board members stay engaged and provide additional support to ensure that VLP has the resources and opportunities to grow and to fulfill its mission in the community.

Mission Wellness aims to complement the services provided through VLP’s housing, employment, and supportive services programs. Mission Wellness follows the 8 Realms of Wellness which recognizes that our health is multidimensional. VLP’s assistance programs support three of the realms: Financial, Occupational, and Environmental. VLP’s Mission Wellness program supports the remaining: Social, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, and Physical. The path to wellness may look very different for each person and the VLP Team is available to meet with Veterans and create a tailored plan.
